Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (classes excluded)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, to the account number provided.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

For our classes, due to the very limited seats, we DO NOT change / postpone booked classes to future dates. If the person booked can’t attend, they can send someone instead to take their seat..

* None of our classes are refundable.
